What makes you different from other home cleaning companies? Green 2 Kleen differentiates itself from others through our use of nontoxic home cleaning products, utilization of technology to service our customers, our desire to give, and our commitment to provide the best customer experience possible. We focus on providing a high quality eco-friendly service to our customers. We are not a cut-rate home cleaning service. We provide a tailored experience to each of our customers, and place an emphasis on connecting with you in all that we do.

What types of cleaning products do you use? Green 2 Kleen uses only natural based home cleaning products. Some of our cleaning packages include the use of essential oils to leave your home smelling great! Additionally, we utilize a color coded microfiber cleaning system to clean your home. Each color is designated to a particular job and surface type, giving your custom hardwood floors, granite counter-tops and porcelain vanities a safe but thorough polish.

Why do you donate your time to a cause? We believe that one of the greatest gifts we have are the ones we give. We are committed to serving women who are battling cancer allowing them the time to focus on fighting their battle and regaining their health.

Can you clean only a portion of my home?  We are happy to work with you on a custom cleaning plan for your home. If it is only one or two rooms, we are happy to assist you with the cleaning of those rooms. Please contact us to learn more about how our custom cleaning packages can assist you.

How do I know I can trust your employees? Prior to hiring, each Green 2 Kleen employee undergoes a in-depth background check and drug screen test. All Green 2 Kleen employees will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and in company uniform.

When will you service my home? We service homes Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. (Last home scheduled is usually at 3:30pm)  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, and call, email or text you ahead of time if there are any changes in the schedule.

Can I cancel or reschedule a recurring service?  In the event you chose to reschedule any recurring service, Green 2 Kleen LLC requests notification by phone or email, no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the next cleaning. Failure to provide notification may result in a $25 service charge.

Do I need to supply the cleaning products and tools to clean my home? Not at all! Green 2 Kleen provides all cleaning supplies and tools for our employees to service your home. Each employee is trained on the proper use of each tool and product we provide. This ensure a consistent cleaning each and everytime. We do not offer discounts or options to use customer provided equipment.  Should anyone in the household have allergic concerns over the products we use, we are happy to discuss the contents of our cleaning products.

What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment is required at the time service is rendered. For recurring customers, we also offer an online payment option with payment due in full 5 days from the day of the cleaning.  Any check returned from your bank  will be assessed an additional fee of $40. Invoices not paid within seven (5) days will be charged a late invoice fee of $20. 

Do I need to be home when you clean? To ensure an efficient cleaning, we prefer our customers are not home at the time of cleaning. However, there is no additional charge for watching us work. We only request that we be able to work freely and without distractions.  Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others.  This includes children and pets.

I have pets in my home, can I let them roam while you work? We ask that all family pets be secured prior to our arrival. This is for the safety of not only your pet(s), but our employees as well.  We may have to charge rescheduling fees if our associates are unable to work safely due to your pets                                    

Can you clean my carpets or large area rugs? Green 2 Kleen LLC provides this service to our recurring customers. If you are seeking a one time carpet cleaning we are happy to provide referrals for this and other areas of the home that require service.

Do you offer refunds for cleanings? We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately if there is any concern with our service.

Are you insured? Yes we are fully insured and licensed. We keep these documents readily available in the event you would like to see them.

I don’t see any reviews on your website? We believe our work speaks for itself. Any of our reviews can be found on our Facebook page or via Google. We may not always get it right, but we strive to correct our errors and provide a superior level of service.
